Services may include engineering, project development, permitting support, project management, construction coordination, tender preparation and digital project structuring. A contract is concluded only by written acceptance, commissioning or separate agreement.
3. Client cooperation
The client provides required documents, information, contacts, approvals and decisions in due time. Delays or incomplete information may affect deadlines, effort and deliverables.
4. Fees, deadlines and deliverables
Fees, payment terms, deadlines and permitted use of deliverables are governed by the relevant offer or contract. Additional work or changed requirements may be agreed and charged separately.
5. Remuneration and payment terms
Remuneration, invoicing and payment terms are governed by the specific offer or contract. Additional services or changed requirements may be agreed separately.
6. Schedules and project process
Schedules are based on the agreed project status, required client input, authority processes and third-party availability. Changes in assumptions may affect deadlines and effort.
7. Work results and use
Reports, concepts, documents and other work results may be used within the agreed project purpose. Further use, transfer or publication requires the applicable agreement.
8. Liability
Liability is governed by statutory law and the specific contractual agreement. Technical assessments are based on the information and assumptions available at the time of processing.
9. Confidentiality
Project-related technical, commercial and internal information is treated confidentially unless it is public or legally required to be disclosed.
10. Final provisions
The specific offer, contract and written project documents remain decisive. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
